Terms of Use
Terms of Use
What you can expect from the AGI Launchpad, what it expects from you, and everything we cannot promise.
What this is
These terms cover the AGI Launchpad and every page on this site: the hub, the token pages, the stats, the docs and the chat. Using any of it means you accept them. If you do not, the honest answer is not to use it — and you can still read every one of these pages without connecting anything.
They are written to be read. Where the law makes us say something in a particular form, we say it in that form and explain it in plain words next to it.
Who can use this
You must be 18 or older, or older if that is the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into an agreement on your own behalf. If you are acting for a company, you are saying you can bind it.
Being able to open this page does not mean you are allowed to use it. Loading the site, connecting a wallet and signing a transaction are all technically possible from anywhere — the contracts have never known or cared where anyone is, and this interface does not check. None of that establishes that you may lawfully acquire, hold or trade any particular asset where you live.
We do not keep a list of countries of our own and we do not filter by one. What we will not do is pretend the restrictions that do exist are not there, because on this chain the important ones are not ours.
Tokenized stocks carry the issuer's restrictions
$NVDA, $TSLA and the other stock-paired assets on Robinhood Chain are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure to a share price; they are not the share, and holding one gives you no rights in the company. We do not issue them, we cannot change their terms, and we are not connected to their issuer.
The issuer states that these products are not registered under the US Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered, sold or delivered, directly or indirectly, in the United States or to or for the account or benefit of US Persons, and that offers are restricted in other jurisdictions — it names the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and lists Cuba, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, South Sudan, Sudan, Myanmar and Venezuela as prohibited. That list is the issuer's, it can change without us noticing, and the current version is the one that counts: docs.robinhood.com/rhj.
This applies to a stock token you only pass through. If a trade routes through one on its way somewhere else, the restriction applies to that trade even if you never hold the token and even if neither end of your trade is a stock.
What we ask of you
Do not use this for a transaction that is prohibited where you are, whether by sanctions, by securities law or by the terms of an asset you are touching. Nothing in this document authorises a transaction that would otherwise be prohibited, and nothing in it removes an obligation the law places on us.
We never hold your money
There is no account here, no deposit and no balance we keep for you. Your wallet holds your assets and your keys, and every launch, trade, claim and approval is a transaction your wallet asks you to sign. We cannot move your funds, sign for you, reverse anything or freeze anything.
We are not a bank, a broker, an exchange, a custodian, an adviser or a money transmitter, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. What executes and how is decided by the contracts and the network, not by us.
Your wallet is yours to protect
We will never ask for your private key or your seed phrase, and anyone who does is not us. We cannot recover a wallet, undo an approval or help with anything signed from a compromised device.
- Read what your wallet shows you before signing: the contract address, the amount and the network.
- Check any address this site prints against the Addresses section, and check that against the explorer. Names and logos can be copied; addresses cannot.
- Anything authorised from your wallet is treated as done by you.
Transactions are final
Once a transaction is on chain, nobody can take it back — not you, not us, not the people who run the network. A wrong address, a wrong amount or a wrong chain is not recoverable.
Every price, market cap, fee estimate and progress bar on this site is an estimate read from public data, and can be stale, wrong or different from what actually executes. Transactions can fail, sit pending, execute at a price you did not expect, or be reordered. We do not promise that anything you submit will confirm, or when.
Launching a token
Whatever you launch is yours: the name, the symbol, the image, the description, the links and the fee wallet, and everything that happens to it afterwards. You are saying you have the right to use what you upload and that it is not illegal where you are.
Launching through these contracts does not mean we reviewed anything, approved anything, or think it is worth anything. A token appearing on our pages, in a list or in a chart is not a recommendation. We sort and show launches by neutral things like recency and activity, and that is all it means.
What we can do about content is limited and worth stating plainly: we can stop showing something on our own pages, and that is where it ends. We cannot change, hide or remove a token, its pool or its liquidity — those are not ours, they are on a public chain, and they outlive us.
Trading
Tokens launched here are made by whoever launched them, and most of them will end up worth nothing. They can be illiquid, volatile, abandoned or built to take your money. Two tokens with the same name are two different tokens.
Things worth understanding before you spend anything, all documented in full in the docs:
- Buying in the first blocks of a launch can cost you up to 99% in snipe tax unless the creator exempted your wallet. The exemption list is public — read it.
- A creator can have up to 32 wallets buy at the untaxed price. That is visible on chain and says nothing good or bad about them.
- Locked liquidity is not a price floor. The position can never be withdrawn, and the price can still go to almost zero.
- Graduation means a threshold was reached. Nothing else. It is not a quality signal and it does not promise you an exit.
- Some markets are priced in a tokenized equity issued by somebody else under their own terms, for their own eligible users. That asset is theirs, not ours, and we make no claim about it or about the company whose name it carries.
Fees
Trading pays a base fee and, where the creator set one, a creator tax. What each launch charges is fixed when it launches and is set out in Fee schedule and caps; changing the settings later only affects launches made after the change.
Network gas is separate and goes to the network. What we keep, and what we do with it, is written down in Where the protocol's cut goes. Taxes are yours: what you owe, where, and reporting it.
What we can still change, and what nobody can
These contracts are not upgradeable and not renounced. A deployed contract cannot be patched, so a bug in one is permanent. And there is an owner key that keeps real powers, which we would rather you read from us than discover later. Owner powers and trust lists every one of them; the short version is that the owner can set the terms of future launches, approve or remove quote assets, retune the snipe tax, rotate the operator, redirect a launch's creator fee recipient after three days' notice, and release a stuck launch's swept reserves after seven.
What nobody can do, us included: withdraw the locked liquidity of any launch, change the terms a token already launched under, take tokens out of your wallet, or reverse a trade.
What you must not do here
- Break the law, sanctions, or somebody else's rights.
- Publish token metadata, links or chat messages that are fraudulent, abusive, malicious or designed to deceive.
- Impersonate us, or present something as run by us when it is not.
- Attack, overload or scrape this site's infrastructure, or work around the limits it sets.
- Use this to launder money, fund anything unlawful, or defraud anyone.
- Use a launch as a stand-in for equity, debt, a share of profits, a fundraise or any other claim on a business. This is a launchpad for tokens, not a way to sell an interest in a company.
If you do any of it, we can stop showing your content on our pages. That is the whole extent of what we can enforce — the chain does not take instructions from us.
Nothing here has been audited
There are 613 Solidity tests and 564 indexer tests. There is no external audit and no bug bounty. Nobody independent has reviewed the contracts, the deployment, the owner key or this front end.
What you do get is a build you can reproduce byte for byte and check against the chain yourself, which is described in Building the contracts. That tells you which code is running. It does not tell you the code is right.
The things we depend on
This runs on Robinhood Chain and on Uniswap's contracts, reads prices from third-party sources, talks to an RPC provider, and connects to whatever wallet you choose. The bridge is Relay's. None of them is ours, none of them answers to us, and any of them can fail, change or disappear.
A link or an integration is not an endorsement, and using one of those services puts you under their terms, not ours.
This site can stop working
We can change, break, suspend or shut down any part of this interface at any time, and we do not promise it stays up, stays compatible with your wallet, or keeps anything we store off chain.
If this site disappears tomorrow, the contracts keep running without it. They are public, their addresses are published, and anyone can call them directly. That is the point of building it this way.
No warranties
The formal version, in the form the law asks for it:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TOKEN, CONTENT, PRICE, SMART CONTRACT, TRANSACTION OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE IS ACCURATE, LEGITIMATE, SAFE OR FREE FROM DEFECTS.
In plain words: we built this carefully and we still cannot promise it works, that a token is real, or that a price you see is the price you get.
How far our responsibility goes
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOST ASSETS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING FAILED OR DELAYED TRANSACTIONS, SMART CONTRACT DEFECTS, WALLET COMPROMISE, NETWORK EVENTS, PRICE MOVEMENT, MARKET MANIPULATION OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY OR TOKEN CREATOR.
Some places do not allow those limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law there allows.
Said honestly rather than defensively: if you lose money here, you lose it. We have no fund to make you whole, no insurance and no way to reverse anything. Only put in what you can afford to lose entirely.
Changes to these terms
We will update this as the interface changes, as the law changes, or when we get something wrong. The effective date at the top is always the version that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies to what you do from then on.
Two things this document does not yet contain, deliberately: a governing-law clause and an arbitration clause. Which law applies depends on where this ends up being run from, that is not settled yet, and naming a jurisdiction we have no connection to would be worse than leaving the gap. When it is settled, it goes here, with a new effective date.
