What this site learns about you, what stays in your browser, who else your browser talks to, and what the chain keeps forever.
What this covers
This covers what happens to information when you visit this site, connect a wallet, launch or trade a token, or use the chat. The short version: there are no accounts, no cookies we set, and no tracking beyond a page count that cannot identify you.
A wallet address can be personal information when it can be tied to a person, so it is treated as such here even though it is public.
What we process
- Your country, from your IP address.
/api/geoon our Cloudflare Worker returns the country Cloudflare infers from the connecting address. It decides whether the jurisdiction notice is shown, lives insessionStoragefor the life of the tab, and we do not store it. - Chat messages. What you type into the site's chat is processed by a language model on Cloudflare Workers AI and is not stored.
- Page views, without cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
- Public chain activity. If you connect a wallet, the pages read that address's public balances and history from the chain — the same thing anyone can read.
- What you send us. If you email or message us, we have what you wrote.
- Nothing else. No accounts, no profiles, no advertising identifiers. We never see your keys.
Where it comes from
From you, from your browser automatically, from the public chain, and from the services this site depends on: Cloudflare, our RPC provider, the explorer, price sources and the bridge.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To run the thing you asked for — showing launches, prices and charts, preparing a transaction for your wallet to sign, answering in chat. Necessary to provide what you requested.
- To keep it standing — spotting failures, measuring performance, stopping abuse and protecting the site. Our legitimate interest in running it safely.
- To show the jurisdiction notice, which we do because we think we have to. Compliance with a legal obligation.
- To answer you when you write to us.
Where something needs your consent, we ask, and you can withdraw it — that does not undo what already happened, and some things stop working without it.
The chain remembers, and we cannot make it forget
Public blockchains are permanent by design. Your address, your transactions, the tokens you launched and everything you traded are public forever, readable by anyone, through Robinhood Chain, its explorer, and any indexer in the world.
We cannot edit it, hide it, reverse it or delete it, and neither can anyone else. Disconnecting your wallet does not remove anything, and no privacy request to us can. This is the one part of this document where the honest answer is that the right does not exist, not that we will not honour it.
What stays in your browser
localStorage holds the theme you picked, the wallet you chose, whether you disconnected on
purpose, the last price shown, a small cache of pool data, and any tokens you imported in the bridge.
sessionStorage holds the country lookup. All of it is on your device, none of it reaches
us, and clearing this site's data removes every bit of it.
Who else your browser talks to
Each of these sees your IP address and whatever the request carries. None of them is under our control, and each has its own terms:
- Google Fonts — the two typefaces.
- Relay (
api.relay.link, the RPC endpoints it names, andassets.relay.link) — the bridge: quotes, balances on the source chains, token images. - Dexscreener and CoinGecko — prices.
- robinhoodchain.blockscout.com — the explorer, for links and lookups.
- Our Cloudflare Worker — the indexer API, the country lookup, the chat, and reads from the chain. The pages ask the Worker and the Worker asks an RPC provider with our own key, so the provider sees the Worker's address rather than yours.
- rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com — the chain's public RPC. This is the endpoint we hand your wallet when you add the network, so your wallet uses it to send transactions.
- static.cloudflareinsights.com — the cookie-less analytics beacon.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we never have. We do not share it for advertising, and there is nothing to sell: no profiles, no email lists, no identities.
The providers above process what they receive under their own terms, or on our behalf where they are running infrastructure for us. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law required it, or to investigate an attack on the site or its users.
How long we keep it
Off-chain, almost nothing and not for long: the country lookup is not stored, chat messages are not stored, and the analytics counts cannot be tied to a person. Operational logs on our own machine are kept while they are useful for running and debugging the service, and messages you send us are kept until the matter is closed.
On chain, forever, and not by our choice. See The chain remembers.
Where it is processed
This site runs on Cloudflare's network, which means requests are handled wherever their nearest edge is, and the providers listed above operate in various countries. Data protection law is not the same everywhere. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, we rely on the terms those providers offer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — and if you are in the EU, the UK or a US state with a privacy law, this probably applies to you — you can ask for access to what we hold about you, correction, deletion, a copy of it, restriction of or objection to what we do with it, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Ask at legal@artificialgatointelligence.com. We may need enough information to find the records, and we will not treat you worse for asking.
Two limits we would rather state up front than discover with you: we cannot delete anything from the chain, and for most of what this site does we hold nothing about you to give, correct or delete — which is the intended outcome, not an excuse.
You can also just do it yourself: use the site without connecting a wallet, disconnect it, clear this site's browser storage, and keep personal details out of token metadata and chat, which are public the moment you submit them.
Children
This is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from a minor. If you think a child has sent us something, write to legal@artificialgatointelligence.com and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, every script comes from our own domain, and the secrets that matter live outside the code. That said, no site, wallet, contract or network can be promised to be secure, and this one has not been audited by anyone independent.
Never send anyone your private key or recovery phrase, us included. If you find a security problem, Security explains how to report it.
Changes
When this changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. If it ever changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page.
