Tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain are issued by their own issuers under their own terms, for their own eligible users. The launchpad is not offered to persons in the United States or in sanctioned jurisdictions. Visitors from those locations are shown a notice and the buttons that send transactions are disabled; that is a notice, not a technical barrier — it fails open, and the contracts themselves accept anyone from anywhere. Using the protocol from such a location is at the user's own risk.

Tokens launched through these factories are created by whoever launches them. Appearing in a list is not an endorsement. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. $AGI is a meme token with no intrinsic value and no utility claim, and has no relationship to any company whose name appears on a tokenized asset.
